TAFCON 2027 will be at the Joseph A. Floreano Rochester Riverside Convention Center on June 26-27, 2027.
Where can I get a ticket?
Tickets will be available for purchase soon!
Will you have online tickets?
Yes! The main stage of TAFCON 2027 will be livestreamed for attendees unable to make it in person.
I'm a creator, can I speak at the event?
If you're interested in being considered to present or speak next year, you can submit to speak here! Please keep in mind that we have limited speaker opportunities and will not be able to accommodate all requests.
I'm a company, can I sponsor the event?
Yes, please! We have lots of opportunities for ads and sponsorship. Contact us!
I'm a minor, can I attend the event?
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. All attendees, no matter their age, will be required to purchase a pass to enter the venue. We do not require the adult accompanying the minor to be their legal guardian (but kids, please get permission).
Can I volunteer to help at the event?
If you're interested in helping, you can contact us! We will need some people on the ground during the event to assist with a handful of tasks.
Can I host a live show for my podcast as part of this event?
We cannot accommodate live shows as part of our official programming, however we encourage creators to organize their own live shows near the event. If you'd like to do your own live show on the weekend of The Audio Fiction Convention, contact us and we'll share it with attendees.
Can I host an unofficial meetup on the weekend of the event?
Sure! We cannot endorse or fund any meetups outside of The Audio Fiction Convention, but if you organize an unofficial meetup, contact us and we'll share it with attendees. We do ask that any organized meetups you'd like us to share do not take place in hotel rooms, for liability reasons.
I have a disability, will you be able to accommodate it?
Our event will be wheelchair accessible, and will not contain flashing lights. Service animals are welcome, and we will also have a quiet space for those who need one. While we cannot accommodate every disability, we want our event to be as accessible as possible. If you have specific accessibility questions, contact our team.
Can I sell fan art in the Artist's Alley?
Artwork featuring characters and works of your own creation, as well as fan art and fan crafts based on other media is allowed. “Fan art and fan crafts” is defined here as original work you have created based on copyrighted material. Mass produced fan art and fan crafts are not allowed, as they may be considered bootleg merchandise.
What cannot be sold in the Artist's Alley?
The sale of reproductions of official artwork not of your own creation is not allowed. This includes official cover art, screenshots, logos, or any other materials you did not create yourself. Additionally, the sale of any item reproducing the artwork of other fans is not allowed. The alteration or modification of an existing work is not considered an original work. Adult themed materials are allowed but must not be accessible by or sold to anyone under the age of 18.
